Citrine Details LLC offers mobile detailing services within a 60 mile radius of Norwich, NY. However, we are not opposed to traveling farther, please contact us to see if we can come to your location.

Citrine Details LLC uses only high-quality, eco-friendly products that are safe for your vehicle and the environment.  All of our detailers are professionally trained to use the products properly and to protect the integrity of your interior. 

No. Our detailers will be equipped with water supply, cordless equipment and/or the ability to provide their own electricity. You do not have to supply anything. 

Citrine Details LLC recommends removing as much of your personal belongings and large items from the vehicle prior to the appointment. This ensures that the vehicle is capable of being emptied for services, in an efficient manner. However, our detailers will be equipped to store your belongings in totes during the detail and return them to your vehicle upon completion. 

Citrine Details LLC uses a detailing team to complete their interior detailing services, which shortens the amount of time it takes to complete. However, specific time frames are estimated from between 1 hour and 4 hours depending on the condition of the vehicle. 

Citrine Details LLC is not equipped to properly provide car washing and engine detailing as mobile services. Even though many products are environmentally friendly, we do not wish to further contamination to the local environment and have chosen to focus solely on interior services out of convenience to our clients.
